Circle 2 Reset Not Working

    It will not help you but I have the same problem that reset button does not work

    What reset button, my wire free Circle 2 did'nt come with a reset button on the side. It has a threaded hole on the side where the reset button should goin. Also having problems pairing my device.

    I had same problem. I removed camera from app, deleted and reinstalled app, rebooted router, etc. I left the camera plugged in overnight and tried resetting again in the morning. this time it worked. Maybe the camera needs a full night of charging to wipe itself clean and reload a start configuration. It was kinda warm to the touch. Maybe the app needs time to update databases and communicate with camera. I don't know. but it's working now.

    Can confirm. The reset does nothing. I'm still having issues with my Logi Circle 2. Can't connect to wifi to complete setup. My unit is completely ******. I have a feeling that the latest firmware update completely nuked my unit.

    Same problem. My first camera went offline after 2 weeks and was unable to be reset.

    Got in contact with support, told me to return it.

    It did, and got a new model. Had the same issue within 1 week. It's just 'bricked'

     

    This time support doesn't respond.

     

    Not a way to treat your customers!! Fix the issue!

    Same here. Also same problem getting logi to listen. I’ll be buying from the competition next time.
