I think you have a poltergeist. Good thing you are moving ;)

In all seriousness, its an interesting thing. It looks like a single of the time-lapse frames has the jacket in the other place, but the lights in window and the shadows seem accurate for that time. That one frame wasn't from later in the day after you got back, because it would have been light outside.

Note that DayBriefs don't show all the content, just the most interesting. But they do include some of the time-lapse frames the camera captures every 6 minutes (for wired cameras). So it is possible there was an Activity at that time that wasn't included, but there was a snapshot frame. Do you still have that timeframe in your app?

Standard DayBriefs always starts at midnight, and you will usually get a few time lapse frames from that nighttime until the first important Activity happens.

    Thanks!

Wish I could make a threaded reply to @Aron Rosenberg? – the disappearing coat seems to be a frame from when we've *left* the house already, having removed the coats, but then also when the light hasn't changed yet.

There was no activity/timeframe bubble/circle at all from "before" the scene where we walk downstairs. So the bubbles were labeled like "22:00" from the day before, then the next activity bubble/circle was for "6:27" which begins with us coming down, with the coats on the hook.

It's a wired camera, so that's interesting to know about the 6 minutes. The camera's updated to the latest firmware as of a few days ago, for what it's worth.

I'm thinking the system spliced in one of those 6-minute key frames from slightly later in the day just *before* the 6:27 activity clip summary begins?

P.S. we're moving in, not moving out, so I can't attest to the poltergeist status yet!!!

Are you on a paid plan, if you are and that video is still in your history, we can look at the meta-data and see if there was a "spam" recording that was thrown away at that time.

Was this a regular DayBrief or a Custom Day Brief?

    Regular DayBrief, not custom.

Not on a paid plan here, sorry!

I did check a few times within that first 24 hour window, and I'm sure I never saw anything in the app between the night before and the 6:27 activity, if that helps confirm the spam theory.

Anyway, I will keep an eye on it and update yous here. 👻
