Craft keyboard Bluetooth connection issues?

Hi,

since it was released, I am using a Microsoft Surface 4 with Windows 10 together with a MX Anywhere 2 mouse. No problems so far.

Now I bought a Logitech Craft Keyboard. Since then I am experiencing severe Bluetooth connection issues.

Mouse and Keyboard disconnect while using, do not reconnect after wake-up. This happens several times per day.

I am using the latest MARVELL AVASTAR driver, provided by Microsoft/Windows Update.

I have all Updates installed, running on the latest Windows build.

Anyone else with Craft Bluetooth connection problems? Solutions?

Deleted and reinstalled/reconnected Bluetooth driver, mouse and driver several times.

  Logitech is dead silent on this. I just lost any faith I had in Logitech. You can go to Amazon, Ebay, even Best Buy and get 90% of their products at less than half price. Still not sure if most of it is even worth it at that price lol, but if you are going to take the gamble and give them your money, just don't do it directly and get ripped off. they have zero support anyways.

  100 % same ordeal here. MacBook Pro with the Craft and this thing is completely unusable. I frequently have to restart the whole computer just to gain a connection. Even as I'm typing this the connection just started stuttering... Reached out to cs one more time but will definitely sell this *** and I will for sure be avoiding Logitech products in the future. Avoid!

  I can confirm this keyboard is just a total waste of money. I got mine so I could use it on my both machines. MacBook Pro and a PC rendering workstation. Unfortunately the keyboard enters in sleep mode after a few seconds you stop typing and when you want to type back in, it misses the keys you pressed. It is just terrible. 

  Avoid this product like plague! I will return it for a full refund. Terrible product at a very high price.

  We are encountering the same issue here. Both our Craft keyboard and MX Master 3 stopped being detected on our computer running Windows 10 with fully updated bluetooth drivers. Both work through the Logitech receiver but we certainly did not want one of the very few USB ports we have on our mini-pc to be permanently used with a receiver when both these devices should be connecting flawlessly over bluetooth. Very upsetting!
