About 4 days ago I installed the firmware update 5.2.128 on to (4) of my circle 2 Wirefree cams. Today one of them is stuck showing only a white screen, but the audio is working. I called tech support and they said this was a known issue and that a fix was coming in the next 24 to 48 hours. But this leave me with (2) questions: #1 They told me that rebooting the camera might help. However that requires getting out a ladder and going high up on the side of the building. Since the WIFI is working and camera is visible to the software why can't we have a software reboot option right in the software? #2 Logitech has years and years of experience with firmware updates and they know that these hiccups can happen. Why can't there be a way to backup (1) firmware level on a device like this? Thanks for listening
