    Hi,

     

    I posted this 2 weeks ago, sent a message through the webpage and I am not getting any feedback. What do I have to do to resolve the issue I am having with a security camera I paid 300 euros for which is not at all delivering the Service I bought it for ?

    The place where I have bought the camera says they have nothing to do with the cloud Service and would not even take it back.

    This is annoying and I would have expected another level of Service for such an expensive device.
