HiJust purchased a Circle camera and downloaded the android App. Followed all the instructions and it joined the network,. However now its stuck on 'Now Connecting to your cloud' Then it states 'this is taking a while- you may have a poor connection' I tried everything and still cannot connect it. While its trying to connect the camera is flashing green. I tried to rest it and it found the camera. I then attached it to the charging ring(blue light on the camera.Named my camera, then connected to the network. Then got Awesome you are now connected and then proceeds to try to connect to the cloud without success? Light on camera is flashing green?
The phone I have is one plus 5 and I am on Virgin Media Hub router
