    Ours has the same problem since the latest update was applied. That and it doesn’t hold a charge for more than a day or so. Following for any tips...

    Just talked with customer support. They said return it to the store or file a warranty claim. The camera just isn't waking up when detecting motion.

    Exchanged for another Circle 2, which has exactly the same bug.

    Same here, 3 days battery-life, but only at one specific of my mesh satellites. Customer support says, is due to network setup, they were able to extract logfiles or whatever of my cam and are working on it..............................

    A new observation - the camera woke up and recorded first thing this morning when I walked in front of it. Repeated successfully a few minutes later. Then after using live mode one time, it's back to the no-wake-up bug. Did a manual reset and quickly cancelled the app after "go to live view" in the setup, and it works again. Seems like there is there some blackout time after a live view.

    That’s what I was afraid of...returning it and still being the same issues. My other problem is the battery doesn’t last more than a day/ day and a half max. Looking into other cameras and systems.
