    Hi @Nadim Alam?,

The first issue (frame flash every few seconds), will be fixed in an updated iOS app very very soon. It was due to an iOS 11 change.

The second issue (time to live view loading) the engineering team is working to optimize and make a lot faster. I can't provide a release date for that work, but it will get better. If you have access to power outlet, you can always switch your Wire-Free camera into "Always On" mode. This will switch it out of low power mode and into optical detection.

    Best regards,

    Hi @Nadim Alam?,

Apple has finally approved our updated app which fixes the playback issue. Version 3.1.4 is now available in the App Store.

@Aron Rosenberg? okay thank you but its too late. I returned the wireless device as it was too problematic with many issues. However, i did buy the wired one, that performs a little faster but still had some issues, hopefully they have all been fixed with the latest update?

Also how about the Homekit issue? Has that been addressed aswell in the update? Homekit works sometimes but most of the times it just says camera unavailable?!

The app update applies to both wired and wire-free models. We are still working with Apple to track down the source of the HomeKit issues, as it appears to be their issue. Just make sure you have the latest version of the camera firmware installed.

Also, you didn't need to return/exchange the Wire-Free camera, as there is a software setting in the app called "Always On" under the mount options which will cause a Wire-Free camera to operate like the wired cameras. The Wire-Free cameras can be left plugged in all the time with this setting. The battery will act like a backup in this mode.

@Aron Rosenberg? Yeh i did think about that but then the wired version was £40 cheaper then wireless one, and if i was going to use the wireless one as wired, then what was the point in me paying the extra? So thats why i changed it, even though i did like the wireless bulkier round design more.
