Hello. The problem is not solved and it infuriates me because it is the second camera. The first was replaced by agreeing that it was not in good condition and was given a new one. And again the problem after a month of use. And now - setup after connected to cloud for a long time, the white color is on, after that it proposes to enable go to live for lively stream for a long time, the circle is spinning and OFFLINE. What did I pay for? I always loved buying mouse, keyboards, headphones from logitech, but now I’m very unhappy !! ??, 26 ????. 2018 ?. ? 21:40, Logitech Community

Are you able to bring the camera closer to the WiFi access point and retry the set up from there?

I have it 8 feet in front of my access point, does not work.

I detected the problem - it is somehow my internet access router. I found out by connecting the camera through an alternative internet access provided by my mobile hotspot over LTE.

The question now is why I can connect to my other 4 cameras and not to the one I want to install.

Logitech might have to help out here but I presume your main WiFi router is not able to give the camera an IP address.

Thank you, you were correct. I had an IP address conflict with a logitech squeezebox. It is now resolved and the camera did connect to the cloud.

How to check the router doesn’t the IP address conflict with the camera? Also does not connect to the cloud

I have this same issue, also using an Asus LTE router. If anyone finds a way around this please post a solution.
