Ok pretty frustrated at this stage. I purchased two Circle 2 cameras on Black Friday. The first failed within 3 weeks with a constant yellow LED on Power on which indicates a memory fail error.
The second camera has now failed with no LED or response and has showed as offline for the last 2 days.
I’ve moved the camera to a different USB adaptor but nothing. I’ve purchased new circle safe subscriptions for both cameras which have gone to waste. Logitech have sent me a replacement for the first camera which is still working but I don’t know how long for.
Quality of these cameras seems very poor. I’ve also had to write this post in the notes app and copied and pasted over as the forum post won’t work properly on a mobile device. Utterly frustrating in every way.
