See attached screenshot for how the software appears even though the mouse is active and used. I tried switching between dongle and BT, but no luck.

I have the same exact issue with the K400 on a Win 10 machine. If you launch the "Advanced Unifying App" option, the software sees the K400 and says it is already paired. When you back out to the main interface, it displays the screen above. The keyboard works, but without the interface recognizing the K400, you can't change any of the key options. Frustrating.

    Please someone respond.

I have a Logitech T651 bluetooth trackpad that's pairing with my Windows 10 PC, but neither Lotigech Options nor Setpoint will recognize it. What's up with that, Logitech?

Clearly the problem is on your end. PLEASE PUBLISH A FIX FOR THIS!!!

Need disassemble mouse, then unsolder wheel encoder from wheel board and disassembled it. It may be clear interior, no dirt internal, but seems that grease used on factory give that issues with scroll jumping. Seems that grease is conductive just like program dispose it well.
