    I had some issues with mine too. Are you seeing any colour leds at all?

    Purple yellow green But no blue led I can't connet to the camera at all

    When you reset are you getting magenta green flash? Can you check if the camera is showing up in your Bluetooth devices, if it isn’t that’s ok. If it is, remove from there. Try reset again. If that doesn’t work, reset camera, power off camera for 60sec, try again. If that doesn’t work, remove camera from the app, reset and try again. Make sure it’s not added to the home app if you are using homekit. If that doesn’t work, sign out of the app, delete it, redownload and sign in. Try resetting and add again. If that doesn’t work, your camera is probably shagged.

    When i turn it on i have a blinking yellow led When i try to reset the camera i get to the magenta green flash but nothing happens after that

    Ok that sounds like something I had.

     

    I had a constant yellow led on power up of the camera. One of the Logitech support people on here advised that was likely a hardware or flash memory failure problem and you need to contact support to get a replacement.

     

    I got a new camera a week or two later. My second camera failed a few weeks later and I’ve also gotten replacement for that but it seems like a newer hardware version as there is a different version of firmware on it.

     

    i think there has been a lot of failures with these cameras but hopefully a replacement will sort your problem.
