No connection with app on 2nd wireless camera

    If you remove the power (or battery) does that change the behavior?

    No discernable change. It worked later in the day yesterday. The hotline person said it may have just needed to have the battery charge completely. I have doubts that the wireless products will meet my needs as they seem to go off-line randomly.
