    I came here to ask the same question. I get the same error on Android and on the web application.

    We have been investigating this all morning and it is an issue with our payment vendor. We have opened a case with them to get it resolved. I will post back here once it has been resolved.

    @Michael Mark?, What app version (iOS or Android) and what Desktop Browser is not working? What step does it fail at?

    App version 3.3.1.395

    Service version 1.55.0-7-g2d0a321

     

    It was hanging when I tried to checkout after selecting my subscription plan and camera.

    I just tried it again a few minutes ago, it's now working and have successfully subscribed.
