My Circle 2 Wired camera keeps showing as "Offline" in the Logi Circle app - no video feed, can't access settings, etc. However, the camera is connected to WiFi and visible on the network. Both the Router and a Fingbox connected to the same network can see the camera - there's just no connection to it for video or anything else useful. Another camera in the garden is both further away from the access point and with a worse line-of-sight and has no problems staying visible in the app. Both updated a few days ago to the newest firmware (5.6.28) but it hasn't made any difference to the flakey camera. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm still waiting to hear back from Logi support.
