Darker image quality with latest Firmware update 5.6.28 on Circle 2
AnsweredI have updated the firmware yesterday on both of my cameras, within seconds of the update completing, the difference in video brightness has decreased.Has anyone else seen this with the latest update?
Both of my cameras are wired and window mounted. The pictures say it all but they are still pending review... I’d like to revert the firmware, is this possible Logitech?

Has anyone been successfully rolled back to 5.2.191?
I sent a request to support asking for rollback to 5.2.191 and it was not granted (case # 07661328). Basically, I just got a form letter telling me to wait for the next firmware improvement, which is not acceptable. This things are about to get pulled of the wall and returned for refund by any means necessary. 2 of 3 are consistently offline and all 3 are garbage at night and I cannot see anything. They are totally useless right now.

I sent a request in-app yesterday and haven't received a reply yet. Agree with you the problem is bad enough that I considered giving up completely on Circle 2 but due to the response yesterday from Logitech here, I'm willing to wait a bit.
Logitech, I hope you understand the anger and frustration here is a result of the fact that the image quality (low light) went from "really good" to unquestionably unusable. I feel like i've said this before but I have half a dozen different brands of cameras ranging from $20 Wyze to Arlo Pro, Nest and Amcrest 2k and I was about to consolidate them all (including my Nest and Arlo subscriptions to Circle Safe). With the latest firmware, the low light image quality is worse than my $20 cameras.
I realize that there have only been probably half a dozen or a dozen vocal people (myself included) but it's clear this issue is real and consistent.

We are working through the downgrade requests. We are doing to this very carefully since some folks had reset the camera _after_ the 5.6.28 upgrade. If this was done on a camera, it will not come online after we remotely downgrade the firmware to 5.2.191 since the WiFi credential storage was changed. You will then have to manually initiate a reset process and re-setup. Since these are security cameras we are coordinating with each customer about the best time to do this so they aren't offline unexpectedly.

On the camera that didn't come back, the front LED is slowly blinking blue (once every 2 seconds). One camera has already come back and I'm SO HAPPY to report that night time image quality has been restored. It's 8:30 PM where I am so it's completely dark and the camera that faces a street with one street light shows much more detail than right before the update and colors are rich...it looks GREAT!
Just waiting to hear on when I need to re-add the others. Of my 4 cameras, I hard-reset three and those haven't come back up (like you said they would not).
Thank you

@Aron Rosenberg? Thank you for the quick reply!
Yes, somehow I registered in forum with different address.
The cameras are under holger14@gmail.com.
Is that enough info?
