    @Sultan Tahir? You need to follow the instructions here: https://support.logitech.com/en_us/article/How-do-I-reset-Circle-2 even if your camera is already blinking blue due to the firmware downgrade.

    @Aron Rosenberg? After your response here about having to wait till my case reached the engineers to roll back the firmware I received an email reply to my case number which stated that I should just wait till a new firmware version is released. Getting conflicting info from you guys isn't helping anyone.

    I'm having the same issue and I would also like my firmware downgraded. I contacted support in the app by going to "Help > Contact Us" but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail or a support case number. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to wait? (and yes I have checked my junk folder)
