@Aron Rosenberg? Can I downgrade my Circle 2 firmware, or get the upgrade to fix issues with 5.6.28? My camera MAC address with the problem is 44:73:D6:0E:16:03

@Chris Delgado? Your camera is currently offline, so I can't upgrade it. Leave it plugged in and let me know again.

@Aron Rosenberg? thanks, but even after upgrade the camera doesn't stay online for more than 10 seconds. Also, the image flickers continuously then it seems to reset the whole camera.

Do the LEDS flash magenta? If so that indicates a hardware fault. The camera will attempt to reboot itself to see if it can be corrected, but if not you will get a reboot loop.

Does not flash magenta, but it is in a reboot loop. Tried manual reset, no luck.

Are you using the power supply that came with the camera? 3rd party supplies may not function correctly and can cause a reboot loop.

@Mark Jennings? I just pushed 5.6.41 build to your camera which resolves the low light issues.

@Aron Rosenberg? I found this thread because I'm also experiencing issues (mainly extremely poor battery life on my Logi Circle 2 wireless camera but also degraded connection/image issues) after the 5.6.28 firmware update. I submitted a support ticket via the iOS app (case # 08106284) for this as well.

This firmware does not work very well with homekit. Homekit shows a still image, but if i choose a specific camera, it says camera is offline (all 4 cameras)

@Aron Rosenberg? Thanks, support actually pushed out the v5.6.41 firmware to me yesterday. Seems to fix the battery issue.

@Bjørn Mouritzen? I'm interested in this. Are you experiencing it on all of your wired cameras? I didn't have support update my wired cameras (only the wireless one), but I have the rest of my cameras in HomeKit.

@Aron Rosenberg? Hi Aron, why is the latest firmware not on the servers? I check the app and does not include the 5.6.41 version (when can we expect official release and not push version) I reported long time ago the picture quality got messed up, logitech support asked for proof - how can one prove a distored image, all I can say is the stock firmware image was better then the latest..

@Max Payne? We haven't released the next 5.6.x version which is why the app says you are up2date.

    Hi Everybody,

We now have Circle 2 firmware 5.6.46 available for everybody already on 5.6.41 - This contains a small change to improve the overall image quality beyond what was in 5.6.41

For those already on 5.6.41, you can use the in-app firmware update check to upgrade to 5.6.46.
