@Aron Rosenberg? Please can you push the latest Circle 2 Firmware (5.6.46?) to the following Mac Addresses which are all stuck on 5.2.191 (Firmware update in the iOS App and Web-App say they're up to date!).

@Aron Rosenberg? Hi. I have 4 Circle 2 cameras which I bought and installed in September-October last year. They're all still running 5.2.191, and the iOS Logi app insists that's the latest firmware available, which I know not to be the case. I wouldn't mind if everything worked, but I'm still having trouble with unreliability in Apple HomeKit, which I gather should be improved by the later firmware. They're fine in the Logi app.

Please would you push the firmware update to my 4 cameras, which have the following MAC addresses? The cameras are currently on but not recording. There's no problem with interrupting service and/or rebooting them during the next week or so.

    44:73:D6:0D : 5A : B8

    44:73:D6:0D : 5C : 9A

    44:73:D6:0D : 64 : 35

    44:73:D6:0D : 64 : 30

I'm also having a secondary issue in that I mistakenly removed one of my cameras from HomeKit, and I'm unable to add it back. I've tried rebooting, and disabling and re-enabling HomeKit integration from the iOS Logi app. I have not tried a full factory reset, as I wanted to solve the firmware issue first. Even when I scan the code on the camera into HomeKit, or manually enter the code from the back of the camera unit, HomeKit cannot detect it any more. I don't know if this problem would also be resolved by the firmware update, or whether there's another solution?

    Thanks for your time.

@Aron Rosenberg? I also have a Circle 2 (brand new) that will not connect to HomeKit. It's on the latest firmware (5.6.46). I set it up in the app (iOS) first. Then went to the smarthome integrations option in the app settings and 'enabled' HomeKit for the new camera. I then went into the Home app on iOS and tried to add the camera using it's setup code. The Home app does not discover the camera. After a few minutes of not discovering the camera, if I switch back to the Circle App, it shows the HomeKit option as not enabled again for this camera.

The MAC address of this camera is:

    44:73:d6:1c:01:30

I'd appreciate your assistance to get this brand new camera connected to HomeKit.

I have tried the above several times with either a 'manual reset' or deregistering the camera in between.

@Aron Rosenberg? Thank you for pushing firmware 5.6.49 to my cameras. It's installed correctly on all 4, and most of the issues I had have been improved or fixed. I'm still having one issue: I mistakenly removed one camera from HomeKit, and I can't add it back. I've tried rebooting everything, toggling HomeKit integration… everything short of a full factory reset. Scanning/entering the code doesn't work: HomeKit cannot detect the camera any more. Can you advise a solution, or steps I might try?

I am experiencing issues with my Logi Circle 2 camera.

We have two camera's. one is running firmware 5.6.49. The other is running 5.6.28 and does not seem to be able to upgrade to the latest firmware.

With this later camera I am also having issues with viewing the camera on my Apple Watch through Homekit.

On the forum I read multiple users having the same issue. For these users Logitech has pushed the latest firmware to their Circle 2 devices. Could you please help me.

The device has MAC adress: 44:73:D6:0D:7B:06

    Hi @Aron Rosenberg? ,

I'm also interested in getting my Circle 2 (Wired) cameras upgraded to 5.6.49 to resolve my ongoing HomeKit issue (No Response when trying to view camera feed through the Home app). My cameras are currently on 5.2.191

The MAC addresses of my cameras are:

    44:73:d6:0b:5f:d2

    44:73:d6:0b:5f:8f

No concerns about them the cameras needing to be power-cycled or offline at any point in the day.

    Thanks!
