circle 2 wired dropped connection now won't repair with app

    I am having the same issue, as well as dropping WiFi connection. No answers here but interesting to know I am not the only one who can’t pair it.

    I have problems since last saturday evening, no connection. There was a short time a message in the app that there were problems with the Cloud hosting, don't know if this is still the problem though. At the moment i don't have connection yet.

    Same problem. I have had two wired for about a month no issues. Just bought another another one updated firmware worked for about 8 hours went offline and can’t get it working again very frustrating

    I used the app to run Remove Camera, and then did Add Camera. That seemed to help establish a Bluetooth connection between the phone and camera, and get it restarted.

    I already removed it at the very start, weeks later, I still can't re-add this camera, although it seems to behave just fine in terms of the light rings and error codes.

     

    I get no response from logitech support, totally worthless camera at the moment, which is annoying as the other 2 are great.

    I should point out that I occasionally get purple flashing - which according to the error codes suggests it's trying to download firmware, this seems nonsense to me as I've hard reset it, so it has no wifi connection to even attempt this.

    Same problem!!! May i ask where you purchased your circle2. I bought two from bestbuy and had the same issue. The ones I bought from the apple store no problem and I have three as well

    need to make certain your not on 5g also

    I think the issue is Best Buy has older models as they don’t move as fast and when trying to update the firmware it’s not stable because it’s trying to update to many revisions

    the two I had bout from apple no problem

    the two I bought from Best Buy same issue took them back went to apple got my third camera added it 3g and it’s been stable ever since

    I'm having the same issue. I have 4 cameras and only one of them has this problem. I have reset and reconnected 3 times now and it eventually goes offline again. Only set this one up today and in the span of 5 hours dropped offline 3 times!

    nthia5117 all 3 where bought from Amazon UK - final one with the problem was bought approx 5 days after the first two as it took a few days for me to be comfortable that this was a good enough solution to do the job I wanted.

     

    JKelso13 the dropping is one problem, my biggest concern is that I can't actually repair the camera now, I've removed it from the app, done a hard reset, and I still can't actually pair it with the app to re-set it up.
