I have 3 circle 2 cameras and 2 of them have been excellent, zero problem. The third one paired with the app, and worked all day and at some point during the night dropped network connection. I couldn't get it to reset, so followed the reset process, hold the reset button for approx. 9 seconds until it's purple/green flashing and re-pair with the app. This worked and the camera worked again for 12 hours, then again dropped connection and showed as offline in the app. I again reset the camera with the 9 second reset, this time however it won't pair with the app and the app keeps saying no camera found, turn off for 10 seconds then try again after 30 seconds. I'm attempting to pair while the blue ring is flashing blue, I'm unable to get it to go solid as the app will not find the camera. I've tried it with an iPhone running IOS 12 and the current version of the app, and an Ipad mini on IOS 12 and the current version of the app, so the problem is not with the device as it's failing to find the camera on 2 different devices. It really doesn't feel like a hardware problem on the camera as the camera's error codes and status lights match up perfectly to it's status, but I have no idea why I can't get it to pair with the app again, I've tried anywhere between right next to the camera to the maximum 3 ft distance, all clear line of sight. Any suggestions on this ?
