Hi, I have a problem with the Circle 2 wired and HomeKit integration.
I have tried setting the Circle 2 to 720p and still get the "No Response" issue when trying to view the camera in the iOS Home app.
I tried also to reset the camera and setup first the home app and after circle app but still receiving the error "no response”. The camera is in my house. When I’m in my home I can see everything under Home app. But outside my office,under 4G or WiFi I have the error. I’m using an Apple TV 4g in the home for HomeKit. I have other HomeKit accessories and all works even when I'm out of my home.
I have also installed version 5.6.28 in the app.(my device MAC address is “44:73:D6:0E:16:BC”.
How can I fix everything? Thanks!
