    What is that camera pointing at? The camera will upload content to the server whenever there is enough motion that the in-camera detector gets triggered.

    It is way beyond that. During usual activity the download is up to 250 mb per hour.

    The peaks I'm talking about are 5-6 GB in an hour. Which is an upload over over 10000 kbps continuously. That is well beyond normal video upload.

    What resolution is your camera set too? Are they Circle1, or Circle2 cameras?

    It's a Circle1 set to 1080p. Which should be around 1000 kbps (and it usually is except for these peaks), not 10000-15000

    Have you tried to reboot the camera to see if this behavior changes?

    Yes, as mentioned I have even done a factory reset.

    Update: @Peter Menten? and I worked together and we currently think this is a bug in the router statistics. The data from the camera and from the ISP don't show high bandwidth used at all.
