Recently I updated my wireless network to the point I knew I would have to reestablish a connection with all my cameras. I had also renamed my network and changed my password for the network. I followed the instructions for finding the reset button on the camera and for waiting for the blue flashing light. Bluetooth is enabled on my iPhone, Following the steps to reconnect my Circle 2 to the network utilizing the Logi Circle App instructions failed. My camera failed to be found by my phone. Multiple attempts were made including the instructions if the camera should fail to connect. I even did a hard reset of my IPhone and Logi App. I thought perhaps it was just my phone so I tried an iPad utilizing the latest iOS. I still couldn't find the camera using the Logi App. I then tried on an older iPad using iOS 9.3.5 and still no connection. I tried second Circle 2 camera by resetting the camera and again following the instruction in the Logi App thinking perhaps the camera had an issue. I had the same thing happen in the second camera. I am no longer able to connect to my cameras by bluetooth after resetting to get them connected to the new network. I have since gone back to my old network name and password so that my remaining cameras work again, but I now have two cameras I can't seem to get reconnected. Both Circle 2 cameras have the latest firmware. Any recommendations? The two cameras are now not connected to WiFi or able to be found by the Logi App. Thank you
