Wireless Network update Now my Circle 2 cameras can't be found by bluetooth for updating settings.

    Are you sure you got the reset sequence done correctly? The cameras flash dark blue when in setup, and light blue when they can't find the WiFi. Did you see the multi-colored lights when you were pressing the reset button? It takes a fair bit of physical pushing and you have to keep it pushed in

    Im have similar issue only my cameras are brand new.

    Hi Lisa6768, shortly after reading Logi_Aron's comment a month ago I took his advice and tried it again. However this time I continued to hold down the reset button. I typically expect a reset button to only need to be pressed for a few seconds. I held the button in for over twenty seconds. I watched the camera cycle through about four to five different colored lights while I did this. Eventually is reset and started flashing the beautiful blue light showing it was ready to connect again. I then used the app on my iPad to complete the set-up process. Try holding down the reset button for 20 to 30 seconds. I hope that helps - Jeff

    Thank you Jeffrey! I was having problems resetting my camera. Took your advice and now the camera works again!
