If you can't get it on WiFi, we can't push a downgrade. Did you complete the full reset process? Can you try it on your phones hotspot?

One other possibility - do you have any funny characters in your WiFi password? Foreign language letters or something like that?

Yes I completed the full reset process several times. It does seem to work on my phone's hotspot... I can't explain that... No funny characters in the wifi password (letters and numbers). Not sure why it would work on my phone's hotspot but not my regular wifi (which plenty of other devices work on...)

Do you use WEP encryption on your WiFi instead of the standard WPA/WPA2? We removed WEP support in 5.6.x firmware since the encryption it uses is broken.

What kind of router do you have? What channel is your WiFi running on? I would like to get a camera diagnostics to my team from the failed attempts. To do that I would need the following procedure followed:

    1. Reset the camera using the button procedure
    2. After it comes back up into discovery, unplug it from power
    3. Plug it back in, then attempt to setup against your home wifi (this should fail)
    4. DO NOT reset or unplug as this will erase the logs
    5. Turn on your phone hotspot and sync to that
    6. After its running on your phone hotspot and setup, go into the Help menu and click on Submit Diagnostics
    7. Post the MAC address of the camera here, so I can lookup the diagnostic file.

Do you use a hidden SSID?
