Separate Window Mount Cord From Camera

    Its possible your window mount cover shifted just a little over the camera module. Is the speaker opening aligned with the speaker holes on the camera?

    I have removed the rubber cover that went over the camera and the window mount ring that everything attaches to everything is removed except the cord In the back of the camera it should come off so I can put a different cord on
