Hi I have a problem with the Circle 2 wired and homekit integration. I have tried setting the Circle 2 to 720p and still get the "No Response" issue when trying to view the camera in the iOS Home app. I tried also to reset the camera and setup first the home app and after circle app but still receiving the error "no response”. The camera is in my office. When I’m in my office I can see everything under Home app. Outside my office, under 4G or WiFi I have the error. I’m using an Apple TV 4g in the office for Homekit. I have other Homekit accessories and all works even when I'm out of my office. I have also the problem that I cannot update my circle 2, the installed firmware is 5.2.191 but if I try to update to the last available 5.6.28 the app say the 5.2.191 is the last available. How can I fix everything? Thanks Matteo
