    I've had the same problem. I needed to goto view mode, goto settings and turn it on, goto view mode, goto settings and turn it off, goto view mode. Then it went away. If you unplug the camera you need to do this all over.

    Hello @Shane Nolan? !

    I will be more than happy to assist with the led of your Circle 2 not turning off.

    In order to solve the problem, please try the following :

    • turn the camera off and back on again ;
    • uninstall the Circle app and reinstall it ;

    If that does not work, please send us an email at innercircle@logitech.com so we can investigate the issue further.

    ?Warm regards,

    LogiMarion

    Thank you DougS1110 and LogiMarion... the issue seems to have resolved itself. I was reading both of your replies and then went to try it when I looked at the cameras the LEDs are off. I didn't change anything since my post. The only change that I can think of is an update to the mobile app on the Apple App Store yesterday. My guess is that may have resolved the issue. Thanks again to both of you for your replies.

    Same prob for me, it stays on all the time. Which is a prob as I'm even on Window Mode.

    I tried to change directly on the website, but still the LED stays on.

    Same problem here. I have 2 circle 2 cameras one is Firmware Version 5.2.86 and the other 5.2.76, both say its the newest version. Both don't react to led off setting, reseting the cameras and reinstalling the app didn't help. Hope you can help as the Cams are very nice, but very visible with the color led ring. Thanks

    Just a follow up. the previous update (sorry I didn't record the version) did resolve my issue as I posted earlier but the LED-on issue came back on one of the four cameras that I have. Then I was prompted to update the firmware to 5.2.76 a few days ago and that resolved the issue again. One thing I did notice was that after doing a firmware update, the cameras reverted back to a default of LED-on; no issue for me as I changed the setting in the Circle mobile app to off again for each and it worked quickly.
