New discussion thread for Catalina support for Logitech Harmony Remote Software (legacy software) here - https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360037689193
Updated October 22nd:
Hi everyone. Thank you for the feedback.
I started a new discussion topic specifically regarding Hub remotes and Catalina here - https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360037065234
Thank you for your feedback. We hear the responses regarding our hub-based remotes and Catalina. Because the majority of Harmony hub-based remote users are already using our iOS or Android app to program their remotes, our plan is to continue focusing on mobile platforms. For legacy remote accounts on Logitech Harmony Remote Software 7.x, we expect to release a new app in support of macOS10.15 Catalina in mid-November.
Harmony Hub remotes such as Hub, Smart Control, Companion, Ultimate, Ultimate Home, and Elite can continue using the Harmony Mobile App for iOS and Android or MyHarmony for Windows and macOS 10.14 or lower.
Legacy remotes on Logitech Harmony Remote Software 7.x:
Legacy remotes on Logitech Harmony Remote Software, such as the Harmony 880, 900, One, 1000, 1100, etc., we will have a new app available in mid-November. In the meantime, you may continue accessing your Logitech Harmony Remote Software account by using a Windows computer or a Mac computer running macOS 10.14 or lower.
MyHarmony IR remotes:
A replacement app, Harmony Desktop, will be available on October 4th. You will be able to download it at https://support.myharmony.com/download if you are on macOS 10.15 Catalina. Harmony Desktop will support IR remotes only, including Harmony 200, 300, 350, 650, 665, Touch, Ultimate One, and 950.
Apple has announced that when it launches its new macOS 10.15 “Catalina”, it will stop support for 32-bit apps, such as MyHarmony. The current macOS 10.14 “Mojave” will be the last version to do so.
In support of macOS 10.15 we will release a new 64-bit application called Harmony Desktop. This new software will work on macOS versions 10.15 and higher and will support our IR based remotes Harmony 200/300/350/600/650/665/700, Harmony One/One+, Harmony Touch, Harmony Ultimate One, and Harmony 950.
Users of macOS 10.14 or lower can continue using the existing MyHarmony app, with no change required.
For our Harmony hub-based remotes like Harmony Elite, Harmony Companion/Home Control, Harmony Smart Control, Harmony Ultimate Home, Harmony Ultimate and Harmony Hub, you can continue to use:
- The Harmony App on your iOS or Android mobile device
- The current MyHarmony app on a Windows computer
- The current MyHarmony app on a Mac computer running macOS 10.14 or lower

We are looking for feedback
Our new Harmony Desktop app will have a new user interface similar to that of our Harmony mobile app. We would love to get feedback from our community. We are looking for users who are on macOS 10.14 Mojave or macOS 10.15 Catalina and have an IR-only remote to provide us any feedback.
Harmony IR-only remotes:
- Harmony 200, 300, or 350
- Harmony 600, 650, 665, or 700
- Harmony Touch, Ultimate One, or 950
