Important information for Logitech Control Center and macOS Catalina: Update LCC before installing macOS Catalina

If you use Logitech Control Center (LCC) 3.9.8 or earlier, please update to the latest version of LCC before you upgrade to macOS 10.15 (Catalina).
To install the latest version, open LCC and click on any device. From the menu bar, select Check for Updates. You can also get the latest version from the Download page here https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360025297833
If you experience any issues, please check this FAQ: Important information for Logitech Control Center and macOS Catalina and Mojave https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023202814
NOTE: We are aware that after upgrading from macOS 10.14 Mojave or earlier to macOS 10.15 Catalina with LCC (Logitech Control Center) versions 3.9.8 or below, some Logitech Unifying-based devices may stop working. This is a known issue on macOS 10.15 Catalina and we’re actively working with Apple to address it.
In the meantime, if your Unifying device is not working after upgrading to macOS Catalina, please upgrade to LCC 3.9.9 from this link and reboot the system to complete the installation.
If your device is still not working, please check which version of the Unifying drivers are loaded into the system, to do so:
1. Launch Terminal from /Applications/Utilities folder
2. Run the following command :
kextstat | grep -i Logi
105 1 0xffffff7f8252b000 0x47000 0x47000 com.Logitech.ControlCenter.HIDDriver (3.9.9) BB513FDB-C9C7-3A6F-AD71-58CDD322B095 <104 76 49 25 6 5 3>
106 0 0xffffff7f82582000 0x16000 0x16000 com.Logitech.Unifying.HIDDriver (1.3.9) 4E15EC6B-3BB3-3644-B366-F5EFB857C2BB <105 104 49 25 6 5 3>
If the “com.Logitech.Unifying.HIDDriver” is any version other than 1.3.9, then the new driver was not properly loaded by macOS Catalina. To fix this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Start your system in Recovery Mode:
- Restart your computer (From the menu bar, click on the Apple logo and select Restart)
- Hold the "Command" and "R" keys until the Apple logo appears
2. You should see "macOS Utilities" screen, if not, repeat step (1).
3. Close this window using the red button on the top left
4. Click on "Choose Startup Disk..."
5. Then select "Restart.."
6. Lastly, select "Restart" again - you may see a spinning icon for a few minutes before rebooting.

Anyone still having issues with this? My Master 2S loses connection to Logitech Options constantly and can't connect until a full computer restart is performed.
The mouse is connected to the computer fine via Bluetooth but doesn't get any of the settings from Logitech Options and Flow doesn't work either.

The soluliton just worked for one time. After the new restart i can't see my m705 mouse in the device list again. I don't understand why the Logitech can't solve this issue. I'm very dissapointed. I wasted hours for the repairing this issue what Logitech can't or don't want to do. Anyway it is a Mac. It just should work without any "magic" installing, reinstalling drivers, softwares which takes hours or days.

I have installed Logi options (8.0.2.86) on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.1 and using Mx Anywhere 2S.
When I have Logi Options installed, the scrolling works for about 2 seconds upon restart of the mouse and then stops.
I have followed instructions on https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023203954-Logitech-Options-permission-prompts-on-macOS-Catalina-and-macOS-Mojave
Under Accessibility and Input Monitoring, Logi Options and Logi Options Daemon have been checked. Screen Recording doesn't allow me to add apps nor does it appear there. When I have Logi Options uninstalled, all the functions of the mouse works.
Mouse was working with Logi Options when on Mojave. Once updated to Catalina and verified the input monitoring sections, scrolling suddenly stops working.
Reconnected to my other mac on Mojave, no issues.Additionally, I had tested my MX Master 2 on both machines, exact same scrolling symptoms of the MX Master 2 as the MX Anywhere 2S when on Catalina, and no issues on Mojave.

I can't even install the options app and i get this error:
LogiMgr Installer 8.30.293.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.
It has been three days of trying to fix this, reinstalled mac OS twice. It was working on Catalina for several months until it just stopped working so I uninstalled but every time I download from Logitech site, i get the above error.
Please help!
Thanks

Logitech previously announced that Logitech Control Center (LCC) would not be compatible with macOS 11 (Big Sur). We are now excited to share that LCC will be fully compatible with macOS 11 (Big Sur), but only for a limited period and support for LCC on macOS 11 will end early 2021.
