My Logi 2 Circle camera was connected to HomeKit Securely but was experiencing issues. I removed the camera from HomeKit and now I am unable to connect my camera back to HomeKit. I’ve also tried to reset the camera by holding down the button 9 seconds and waiting for the purple and green blinking light, nothing has helped Any help would be greatly appreciated < Admin: removed external link >

Awesome that it’s now available! I too was looking to enable it earlier before it was known that specific app version was needed. Waiting (im)patiently for the app update to arrive 😄 < Admin: removed external link >

You need version 3.4.5 of the iOS App, give the Apple app store a few hours at most to show the update as available. < Admin: removed external link >

Mine has luckily been working for the past 3 weeks after ages of stability problems. I have no clue what actually fixed it in the end but I'm now finally enjoying the camera. I do think most now site with Apple after the last HomeKit Secure Video firmware update from Logi. < Admin: removed external link >

I bought Circle 2 wired, converted it to HomeKit Secure Video and got the same problem as everyone else, doesn’t record, there is no viewing timeline, technical support is silent! Very upset! I did not expect such a raw product! I don’t know how to solve this problem now! < Admin: removed external link >
