Cannot setup Circle 2 Wireless

When I switched it on, the light was static yellow. It never blinked in blue for bluetooth setup and the camera can't be added by the app.

I tried to disconnect it from the battery and waited 10 seconds. Connecting it again switch the light in static yellow.

I tried pressing the reset button 9 seconds until it blinked purple and green then the light of the camera was off. When I disconnected it from the battery and back again, I got static yellow again.

I cannot use this product at all. What shall I do ?

  i have the same problem with my circle 2 wireless. i also conncected this camera with the socket from my non wireless circle 2 and the camera worked with no issue. the firmware update was also made after connecting. But still yellow lights when i connect the camera with the "battery pack".S/N starts with 1830CDA
