It seems that Logitech is not releasing such keyboards with Portuguese layout but it would be great if they could clarify it somewhere in their support page.

    Hi Luis Bessa,

Thank you for reaching Logitech! We deeply apologize for not providing a prompt response.

We suggest you to check the available Logitech keyboards in the said layout with local retailers and stay tuned to our web store in your country page for keyboards in Portuguese.

We cannot promise that the layout will be manufactured but allow us to have this post forwarded to our team and try our best to request for consideration.

If you have further inquiry, please do not hesitate to reach back to us or contact our support team for direct assistance.

    Regards,

    Logi_Matt

    Hi Matt,

Thank you for you reply! I’m sure the community really appreciated!
I’m just another guy who is really interested in buying the keyboard with PT layout.
I was thinking to buy the most similar layout and then use stickers to identify the “missing” keys.

    I’ve found these stickers:
    https://keyoverlay.com/european-multilingual-latin-stickers-set-included-all-symbols

Since the number of keys is the same, i believe that I can set the keyboard layout to PT in the OS and everything will work properly.

Anyway, it would be just great if you could contact your colleagues and ask them if Logitech is going to make available the keyboard with PT layout and where it can be found.

    Many thanks!

You can use the stickers, but you are paying a premium price for a keyboard just to put stickers on it?

I cant understand why logitech that have some years in Portuguese market cant give us the craft or the mx Keys.

So for example, if I buy the mx Master mouse, I cant have the complete line, because for some reason we cannot understand.

Well i advise you to see another brand because i doubt that the keyboard will see the day of light

I totally agree with you, Diogo. Unfortunately Portugal is a small country... but we’re only talking about printing some different keys so I really think that Logitech would benefit if they made available the PT layout.
The Italian layout has only 5 or 6 keys that are different in the PT layout.
I really hope to have great news from Logitech soon. I don’t expect to spend 100€ in a keyboard and having to use stickers on it!

About seeing another brand, what other options do we have? Please let me know what other brands and keyboard models do you suggest.

    Ricardo1594 sorry for the delay.

Not much.. You have to adventure in Mechanical Keyboards.. You have Varmilo and Wasd Keyboards for example that are Full custom and you can put tem in ISO-PT.

But the price range is to much for only a keyboard.

I agree that Portugal is a small country, but we are the sixt most spoken language in the world. There are many countries that speak and use that layout

But Logi have layouts waaaay less important available in MX Keys and Craft.
    So go figure...

Imagine the surprise that a reference brand with worldwide implementation causes by not reacting to the request of countless users loyal to the use of Logitech products over several years and who are prevented from taking full advantage of the new products, for the simple reason to live in Portugal

Dear sirs, wake up to reality and respect the users of the Logitech brand.

Unfortunately, I can’t find any keyboard with PT layout in the Logitech website. But they exist in local stores.
Maybe the MX Keys keyboard, which is a new keyboard will have the PT layout available soon but it would be great if Logitech could confirm us that and tell us when that’s going to happen.
They must have a road map for this so I’m pretty sure they have this information.

    Hi Matt,

With so many post/requests... do you have any update  on this?

It's sad a company like logitech to not take into consideration the portuguese fans....

    Hi Nuno Pereira,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Apparently, we cannot provide any specifics for dates or estimate of when the layout will be available. You can always check our website for the availability.

    Best Regards,

    Logi_Matt

    Hello Logi_Matt,

I understand your point and situation, but we aren’t even asking a date but only an info if it’s planned or supposed to happen! I want to believe that Logitech has a roadmap of all your products.

Again, I understand your side but on our side it’s completely frustrating to wait for something that probably you (Logitech) already know it will not exist (or it’s not supposed to...)....

    Best,
    NP

    Hi Nuno Pereira,

We appreciate you understanding our side on the concern. As much as we would like to inform you, there are no notification raised on our end yet and rather than providing false hope, we'd like to let you know that there are no information yet for the said layout and we deeply apologize for that.

I'll try and have this post raised to our manufacturing team for consideration. Again, we cannot promise that it will be constructed but allow me to get the gap bridged.

    Regards,

    Logi_Matt

    Hello Logi_Matt,

    Thanks for the quick answer.
Concerning your actions I cannot ask more than that, many thanks!
It would be great to have it because it’s not only one Portuguese (me) willing to buy it as you can see on this post (and I’m almost sure there are more Portuguese people that would love to have it but they don’t come here to ask for it).

As I said many thanks and you raising the question/subject it’s the most I can ask you.

    Many thanks.
    Best,
    NP

    Hi Nuno Pereira,

Thank you for your feedback. We have raised the concern to our team. Apparently, with the current events, we haven't received any information about the request yet. It will still be best to check our website in your country for the availability or announcement for the keyboard layout.

    Hi,
I’m also another Portuguese interested in buying this keyboard (I would sign for a pre-order if that’s what it takes, pretty sure the rest of the people on this thread would do the same).
I’m running a Microsoft surface keyboard and I would be glad to replace it.
I had a great experience when I renew Mx master 2s to master 3, now we are missing the keyboard and no way that I’m adding some stickers on a premium keyboard.
    Best,
    João

Yes, I would sign a pre-order as well. Great solution.
Hey Logitech, listen to your customers!
Anyway, I don’t believe Logitech don’t have a roadmap and don’t have any idea if or when the PT layout is going to be released.

I'm sure they have and the PT layout is out of it therefore this answer from him: "It will still be best to check our website in your country for the availability or announcement for the keyboard layout."

Matt you say to check logitech website but even your website ditched Portugal as well..
I have to say that Logitech Iberia is doing a great job. Dont get me wrong, but your company can change the company name to Logitech Spain it will be much better.
Dont call it Iberia when the office is in Madrid, all logitech products are launched in ISO-ES, and you complete ignore ISO-PT layout.

Is there any way to contact Logitech Iberia by email? Because they have to know that we are not happy about the latest decisions that they are making..

i've been a persistent client of Logitech mice since i can remember (i'm 48 years old and work in IT)  and a long tme trying to buy a keyboard (at first Craft, and now Mx Keys) without any luck. The threads i'm seeing again here just makes me sad about the way Logitech is dealing with Portuguese layout keyboards, especially knowing there is even layouts configured for Suomalaikan ....whatever that language may be.

This kind of response is what usually drives clients to chinese manufacturers. If Logitech business development teams don't understand this maybe we should maybe we as clients should rethink our buying. We are willing to pay premium prices for mice and keyboards, hopefully without stickers, and it seems Logitech isn't even willing to sell a pack of replacement keys to change what  we need.

this is just BS to me.....sorry !
