    Same issue for me. I updated to logi circle firmware 8.0.48 and now my camera is unresponsive. I've tried unplugging it and resetting it but nothing works.

    Same here.  Updated a new camera to Homekit Secure Video and it worked for two weeks.  Had occasion to unplug the Circle 2 and now get a message in Homekit saying the camera is not responding.  I note the camera itself displays two yellow ('breathing') flashes every 50 to 60 seconds.

    I'd appreciate a Logi representative response here.

    I have the same issue but only for LIVE and only when not connected to my home wifi network

    This is still an issue. As mentioned above, you can only view live video if you’re not on the same network as the camera.

    I’m currently running the latest firmware, iOS and HomeKit.

    This was a while ago and just saw an email with the responses. I believe this issue was fixed for me by turning off the VPN (I’ve used 1.1.1.1 and NordVPN at different points). Kind of annoying but hope that helps someone!
