I'm having similar issues since upgrading the firmware to work with Homekit, only my camera never converted properly.  My camera will not connect with either the HomeKit or the Logi Circle app. Bluetooth pairing is not working because I cannot produce a blue blinking LED. Numerous hard resets have not resolved the issue. My camera only wants to flash green. The sequence of the flashes changes as its trying to connect, but it ultimately fails.

hello i have the same camera problem. when turned on, the camera lights green. Homekit finds a camera for me, gives the code and then when I try to connect Iphone WIFI is turned off and the camera cannot be connected.

I managed to solve the issue by holding the power button down 5 seconds, then release, then 5 seconds then release and then start. At least, that's what I did. Its important that you do it with the very tip of your finger/nail so you press only the button and get the clicking sound. At first I used the whole finger top but that was not enough, need to be focus on only the little button,

Then it was possible to pair again.

If you haven't paired with HomeKit I recommend you not to do it yet. Its pretty buggy and it worked better before converting it.

Holding down the reset button on my camera does nothing now. Light just stays solid blue no matter how long I hold it down. The camera seems to be locked up and unresponsive, I even tried leaving it unplugged for hours. When plugging it back it the light goes from green to blue.

Also when I run a network scanner the camera no longer shows up as connected to my WiFi.

As far as I can tell the camera is totally bricked.

This camera is less than a month old. To say I'm pissed off and upset does not even begin to express how upset I am.

Same here. I tried the upgrade. It said It would restart the device and then lost all connection.  The camera has a green ring.  Holding 5 and 5 causes other colors to light but then it settles back to green.  When I try to connect with the app it says to wait for the LED to flash blue but it remains green.  I tried resetting the app.  I tried resetting the phone.  I tried unplugging the camera for half hour. I tried connecting to Homekit.  Nothing is working.  Is it possible to do a factory reset or revert the firmware or is my camera a brick?
