Logitech Group crashes Microsoft Teams on Mac
On a Mac, if we have Microsoft Teams running and plug in the Logitech Group usb cable, Microsoft Teams hangs for about 30 seconds. You cant do anything. Then it starts working.
We have tried this with multiple Macs and also multiple Logitech Group devices. Does the same on all.
Any ideas?

Hey Magnus,
Now that all exclusionary testing is complete. It appears the issue is explicitly isolated to Microsoft Teams on macOS. Our next step would be to file a ticket with Office 365 support. This helps with issue tracking and will also allow me to escalate this issue better.
Once submitted, could you please send that ticket number so I can notify our internal Microsoft partner.
For your convenience, I have also included the steps to file a ticket with Office 365 support below. Once you have the support ticket number, please send it over so that I can escalate this back to Microsoft on your behalf.
Please be advised that if you are a standard user, you must contact your local administrator and they can open a ticket for you:
Go to the admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, then you aren't an admin.
Select the Need help? button.
In the Need help? pane, type a short description of your issue and then press Enter.
If the results don't help, select Contact support.
Enter a description if you like, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Need help? pane.
Thanks,
Mikael
