Nothing new to add. No further progress on that case we opened almost two months ago. I think its at the point of just user acceptance of this issue.

Has someone reported this directly to Logitech Support? We're having the same issues and we're rolling out these solutions right now. Logitech - please address this issue with Microsoft asap.

I have talked to Microsoft and Logitech and they are both aware of the issue. Does not seem to matter much that the product is certified with Teams.

Microsoft and Logitech support were both engaged on our case. I haven't had an update for awhile now though.

    Hey Magnus,

Now that all exclusionary testing is complete. It appears the issue is explicitly isolated to Microsoft Teams on macOS. Our next step would be to file a ticket with Office 365 support. This helps with issue tracking and will also allow me to escalate this issue better.

Once submitted, could you please send that ticket number so I can notify our internal Microsoft partner.

For your convenience, I have also included the steps to file a ticket with Office 365 support below. Once you have the support ticket number, please send it over so that I can escalate this back to Microsoft on your behalf.

Please be advised that if you are a standard user, you must contact your local administrator and they can open a ticket for you:

Go to the admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, then you aren't an admin.

    Select the Need help? button.

In the Need help? pane, type a short description of your issue and then press Enter.

If the results don't help, select Contact support.

Enter a description if you like, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Need help? pane.

    Thanks,

    Mikael

Can someone confirm that it has been fixed? We are using Logitech cc3000e and still see this issue on the latest Teams version.
