I have two circle 2 cameras, they both prompted for a software update a week or so ago.
1 camera updated without issue, the other is now unusable.
I have a support case open, that's being ignored, so I thought I would reach out on here and see if anyone has any suggestions.
I reset using the side button on the camera, and it boots to 2 x Amber LED flashed, then a solid Green LED for 40 seconds, this then repeats.
The camera is not reachable in the circle app, I have tried removing the camera and re-adding it in the circle app, it doesn't appear.
I open the Home app, select add, but it does not see the camera, I then select "I Don't Have a Code or Cannot Scan" and select to enter a manual home kit code. This takes me to the Add Accessory page, with a spinning gear in the top right of the screen, "Select an accessory to add to home"
The Camera is not listed.
I have also performed the steps above, but scanning the HomeKit code, the camera is not listed.
Logitech Circle support are not responding, which is very dissapointing.
