    I just read this that Logi_Aron wrote in another thread

    "You don't need a program on your Mac/PC to downgrade the camera firmware, that is done from our servers. The camera just needs to online and connected to the Internet. A standard setup in the Home App should be good enough for you to submit a ticket to Customer Support asking for the downgrade (you will need the MAC address from the camera)."

    I changed my circle 2 camera to use homekit only.  I had a 'no response' in homekit and decided to delete and reset my camera.  I have tried holding the reset button down with no result.  It appears the camera is bricked.  Please advise.

    Why no body answering the above issues? Many customers have the same (Bricked) cameras after the upgrade and their cameras  couldn’t even connect to the internet

    I wrote to the support and gave them the MAC addresses for the two cameras I had converted to HomeKit Secure video.

    They wrote me back and said it was now ok to reset the camera. So I did the reset procedure but can’t get the camera to flash blue so I can add it to the Logi app again. All it does is to give me solid green ...

    Not able to connect to HomeKit secure video, and not able to connect to the Logi app.. So the camera is basically bricked.. Support just saying they will get back to me.

    converted to secure Apple video but my controls don’t come up. Yes I have 200gig and the recording settings are there but nothing worked. How do I fix this or revert back to Logitech?

    i don’t want to brick my camera.

    Hi,
    I have the same issue, my camera was working great then out of the blue the video feed stops, all I get is a still image every 60seconds. I deleted the camera from Home app and re added but I’m getting the same crap. Also, the secure video functions are missing so no recorded clips.

    This is insanely frustrating.

    Hello! Yesterday I bought circle 2, set it up and added HomeKit to my apple! Everything worked fine until I tried turning on HomeKit Secure video! The camera has left the Logitech application, and in HomeKit there is only broadcasting and there are no records of detected movements, there is no selection bar by day, nothing! What nonsense and how to solve this problem?

    After much research I found removing camera from HomeKit then holding reset button for “30 seconds” then adding to HomeKit worked for a lot of people. Normal reset dose not work! Press for 30 seconds!!!

    I did everything as you wrote! Reconnected to homekit, but the recording is still not carried out by the camera and there is no control bar to view the recorded video! I did not expect such a raw product!

    You have to set it to “stream and Allow Recording “ in home away snd when home. Once it detects it should record and the control bars should turn up... needs to detect motion and record

    Everything was set up, but the camera does not write and when viewing the camera on the screen there is an inscription live broadcast! I looked at a bunch of videos on youtube about this camera and people have a timeline for viewing schapisi, but I don’t! Now I don’t know what to do!

    It's bad that you can’t show screenshots in this chat as everything is displayed on my screen!

    You have 200gig icloud? You have recording on? You reset for “30 seconds”? You move in front of camera and create motion? All I can say is try again (reset 30 seconds not 9 seconds.. hold for 30 long seconds not less). It worked for many people. Good luck

    I have 2 TB in iCloud, I did everything and more! No scale, no recording! In the native Logitech application, everything worked perfectly until it switched to the crude Homekit Secure video product! Wrote in technical support, let's see what they say! We see you have to ask them to return the old firmware without Homekit Secure video! It's a pity!

    Thanks! if there is a result, then I will write! By the way, another problem, I tried in HomeKit via LTE, and not home WI-FI, to watch the broadcast from the camera, but the broadcast does not go! Can't you watch remotely? And with home Wi-Fi broadcasting goes!

    Same. Solid green for about a minute, then blinks yellow (reboots?). Multiple resets of >30 seconds. Won’t appear in Home app to pair. Worked fine before the firmware upgrade.

    So has anyone here actually got Logitech to successfully downgrade the firmware to revert back to the Circle app from HomeKit? I also need to do this quite urgently. How do they do this? Stay on the phone line with you? Or over chat?
