    I have the same issue, seems to be a fault. Starts off fine, then gets more and more magenta over a few days. 

    I have to unplug for 30mins to reset, but then it happens again. 

    I am using the camera with Apples Homekit Secure Video, not sure if that makes a difference.

    Just out of interest, does anyone know if Logitech actually monitor these messages? 

    Been looking through the threads and dont really see any evidence that they are engaging with the community and helping to resolve issues. 


    Can anyone tell me otherwise?
