    Logitech support's response,

Here are some other tips and tricks to keep your Circle account safe:

    • Use a secure password (a combination of letters, symbols, and numbers).
    • Always log out of the Web App when you use a shared computer.
    • If you share a Circle account with multiple users, look into locking changes (Settings > Manage Account > Lock Changes).
NOTE: Changes are locked on a per-mobile device basis.

I believe this company can do better. If third party companies can do it why can't Logitech?

So there really is no way to ensure that hackers can’t breach our systems besides just using a strong password? If nest can offer third party why can’t circle?

i completely agree. support had stated they will have this looked into with their engineers but i think if we have more of us voicing out about this then it could potentially speed up the urgency.

Logitech Support: Are there any updates on this topic? There was a recent article on the Digital Trends site titled, “ Which smart security cams are serious about privacy? We’ve ranked them all” dated May 24, 2020. The Circle 2 was the only camera listed without two factor authentication.

Any updates on putting 2FA for circle cameras or are you unconcerned about this gap in your security?

Reviving this thread, we need answers asap. There have been a spike of cyber security issues and many companies have enabled 2fa. Why hasn't Logitech followed suit?

I guess security is not a priority for Logitech.

In the June 14th, 2021 update to version 3.4.2 on Android the release notes state "The Logi Circle app now uses single sign-on (SSO) through Logi ID
    • This impacts new account creation and log-ins.
    • Support for social login based accounts
    • Multi-factor authentication" but I am unable to find a way to to enable this anywhere in the account settings. Has anyone had any luck finding this or can staff please elaborate how to enable?
