How can I perform a factory reset on my MK850 keyboard?

    Hi Nick Mellor,

     

    Thank you for reaching Logitech! We deeply apologize for not providing a prompt response.

    To be able to place the keyboard in pairing mode again, you'll just need to "Press and Hold" the button of the channel that you would like to use and pair with. Once you got a rapid blinking light, it's an indication that the keyboard is now ready to pair. All you need to do, is go to the Bluetooth settings of your device, then select the keyboard and proceed with the pairing.

    If you wish to pair the device via the Unifying receiver, download and install the Logitech Unifying Software and use the application to pair the devices together. Select the channel then continue with the pairing process.

    well you can connect 3 devices on you K850 but each cannel one, if BT or Unifying only one per cannel
    afte that you can swicht between 

     

    maybe works the following key sequence: “Escape”, “o”,“Escape”, “o”,“Escape”, “b” if the reset is accepted the lights on top will blink for a second. reconnect your Device to your pc and test it on other devices if possible

    None of these are solutions.

    When the device is set to default, why does it not forget all the computers it was once attached to. This is what I would expect the button to do, but it doesn't. There is not way to clear the memory of the computers the keyboard has been attached to.
