    To be perfectly honest with you....I have tried to be a logitech customer for alot of years...to no avail....return the sets and buy a higher quality wireless keyboard and mouse set....sorry...I just learned from experience ....Good luck

    I am having the same issue.  My keyboard was working fine yesterday, today when I boot up it is no longer working.
