MK550 Connection Issue
AnsweredI recently purchased 5 MK550 Mouse/Keyboard combo sets (includes K350 Keyboard, M510 mouse). 3 sets connected very simply, just plug and play. With 2 of the sets they didn't connect right away. I logged into website and installed unifying software. I followed the steps to connect the devices. The mice connected very easily. The keyboards were recognized, but will not type https://www.rottenhayato.com/ja/ . I repeated the process with the keyboards several times with no success. How can I get these keyboards to not only be recognized and show as connected, but actually function? Your help is appreciated.
