I have the same problem.  New 2019 MAcBook Pro with i9 - 8core processor and 64gb Ram and upgraded GPU.   The Brio camera itself is fine.  works great in other applications.  In the Logi Capture app there is a very long lag in the video.  I have a support case opened with them now.  I will update if I make any progress on the issue.

I appreciate both of you sharing your experience, and we can now see that it is not a Windows vs MacOS issue

I also notice when the Logi Capture app is running, my computer heats up, fans go on, etc...  Just running the camera with other apps does not cause this.

Same problem. Been searching all over the internet for solutions to no luck. I have a super fast computer. In Logitech Capture software 720 or 1080 resolution has multiple seconds of delay that it’s unusable. OBS Studio seems to work fine at full resolution. So does Windows 10 Camera capture app. So what gives Logitech???

I actually just spent 4 hours with remote access with Microsoft to help me. I'm not a techy person, so I needed remote help. They were able to adjust some drivers that made my camera/video in sync with my voice. My computer is still under warranty, and I'd never experienced issues like these before? Perhaps it's a new Windows 10 issue? Hope this helps you.

Thanks Deborah.  Good to know it's fixable, but given so many people have been searching for a solution, just wondering if you'd consider calling back microsoft and asking them to list what changes they made, then sharing with this forum.  All the best.

I’m not really sure how this would be a Microsoft issue given the camera seems to work fine whenever I use other software like OBS Studio or Microsoft’s own Camera capture software. Although I’ve seen videos on YouTube of people using Logitech Capture and it looks flawless. Smooth HD video. So I’m at a loss as to what the problem is. Doesn’t seem to be much about this issue to be found on the internet

It's genuinely annoying that when Logitech asks you to post something on the community forum, they end up solving the problem with the OP in private, while the rest of us have to twiddle our thumbs and see if anyone else figured it out. They should really post a solution, rather than let us all mutually gripe about it and then just post the same thing again.
