    I wish I could say the same. Got mine 2 days ago and still can't use it. I get an error message, "Camera not available. May be disconnected or used by another program." It is recognized by windows 10 as an audio device and it's plugged into an active USB port. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Always get the same thing. Bought it new in the box from a neighbor who bought two. If I'm out the money for what should be an easy install it will be very upsetting. Any help would be appreciated

    Doubt I can help.  All I did was plug the camera in to a USB port.   I'm on an older desktop using a 100% current version of Windows 10.  I did not download any software from Logitech.

    Has the same issue. PC can recognize it when plugin and works fine for 3 mins and then it lost from the imaging device and need to unplug and plug again. The terrible experience of the Logitech camera. Read many threads about it still cannot find a solution.Did everything that I can find from the internet to fix it. Why Logitech doesn't provide any solution?

    Until the end of last week, I was able to control my C920 with logicapture software while using zoom. Then zoom updated last week. Now C920 can be controlled by logicapture, but not in zoom. The only way I have found to use the cam in zoom is with full open wide-angle setting. zoom recognizes the logicapture software is running and available, but no signal - "camera not available" as with David's earlier post. Shut logicapture off, then I can select and use C920, but with no PTZ functionality that I can discover. PTZ is important for usability in my context, so I would love to find some way to control it either with or without logicapture. (Yes, I realize there is no P with this, but the TZ are really helpful.)

    Zoom is aware of this problem.

    I can verify that this rollback from zoom restores functionality to the logicapture software (and also restores functionality for the OBS virtual cam)     "https://zoom.us/client/4.6.18176.0301/ZoomInstaller.exe"

    I note on the zoom site that they are planning another release on 7 April 2020, so be sure to save the rollback and/or shut off the auto update feature in zoom.

    Gente, acabo de comprar esta web cam (C920s PRO HD WEBCAM). Instale el Capture, el G HUB y el programa de configuracion de la web cam. El primer problema que encuentro es que en ningun programa puedo seleccionar la definicion (360, 480, 720 o 1080). Tampoco puedo hacer funcionar el zoom con ningun programa de estos. Segundo problema, el zoom (foco) me funciona unicamente si abro el programa zoom (streaming) y el Logitech G Hub a la vez y desde el G HUB manipulo el zoom (foco) con el que visualizo desde el zoom (streaming). Y por ultimo, el capture lo desinstale. Al quererlo reinstalar para ver si resolvia algo de lo comentado, no logro que funcione de nuevo. Se cuelga siempre. Lo desinstale y reinstale en varias oportunidades y siempre el mismo resultado. En fin, si alguien me puede ayudar, se agradece. Nunca mas esta marca, eso si. Un fastidio desde el minuto cero. Slds desde Argentina.

    I've been battling Zoom and Capture software with C920 for months with no help from Zoom customer support. In addition to Capture not finding the camera with zoom application running, my Green Screen was not working either (it worked before.) Today, for some reason, I started the Capture application before I started Zoom. When I started Zoom, Capture continued to work as did the green screen functionality. So, for me at least, the key is to start the Capture application before starting Zoom. That would mean setting Zoom to NOT start when launching Windows. I am using Windows 10 on a desktop computer.
