    Same issue. One of my two cameras has no issues. The second went Offline - and now I can't do anything with it. Reset button only beeps once; then nothing.

    Answer from Logitech Support: sounds like hardware failure. If you’re covered under warranty we’ll help you get a replacement. I’m guessing this will help almost no one with a Gen 1 Circle - since they only had 2 years’ coverage. I’ll be switching to Arlo.

    I have this issue now too, hardware failure seems very unlikely and more like it is a firmware update that has done it and they don't want to acknowledge.
