Same exact problem except it is my first and only Circle View camera that I cannot add.   I'm running IOS 13.5 on an iPhone XR.

UPDATE 2: it stopped working again after 1 day! It was previously working reliably after another reset and pairing.

Same problem! I was able to add the camera to HomeKit after resetting it (holding the back button for 9s). However, after a few minutes of streaming and going in and out of settings, the camera stopped streaming with error "This camera is not responding." My older Circle2 camera has had no issues with HomeKit Secure Video.

I have a CIRCLE VIEW that I bought at an Apple store.
I connected the camera but when I disconnect from the WIFI on the iPhone, it writes me No Response on HomeKit.
    What can I do?

Same problem here. I cannot add the camera to homekit. I have tried a many things to solve it. I'm running IOS 13.6 on an iPhone 11 Pro (and AVM Fritz!box Wireless Router 7590 on 2.4 GHZ).

Any luck with the solution, Paul?

I had exactly the same problem. In my case adding it manually (can't scan the code) worked.

Having the same issue as well. Blue light stays on and never see it green. Adding to HomeKit has various errors.

    Same problem here.

My Logitech Circle View Camera continues to malfunction. I have previously raised a support ticket which wasn't addressed. The device all of a sudden becomes un-reachable on HomeKit no matter where it is placed. Resetting several times does nothing. It no longer connects to HomeKit no matter how many times I reset it and try to add it back. It just doesn't work. This has been a very frustrating experience for a brand new camera that is less than 2 months old. Had a lot of promise but has been too unreliable.
