My computer recognizes the C920 Pro as a USB device.  Device Manager shows a new USB Composite Device when I plug the camera in.  Unfortunately, it doesn't recognize it as a camera device.  I have a laptop connected to a USB hub (same behavior whether the camera is connected to the laptop or the hub, BTW) and want a camera to sit atop my monitor rather than use the built in camera in the laptop.

When I open up Logitech G Hub, it recognizes the camera, but only shows a photo of the camera and the word "DOWNLOADING..." underneath it.

What can I do to get the Dell to recognize the camera?
