I have similar issue. However, the page you direct to seems to refer to old operating system (Windows XP) and non-existent software. Moire excellent customer support as ever.

I also have the same problem. On Zoom I have picture but no sound. I guess it is a driver issue as the webcam is quite old but can't find a software update. I use Windows 10 and not XP so the link is not helpful
what is the point of Logitech support?
