I have a Circle 2 wired on the HomeKit secure video beta firmware. I recently moved apartments, and reset my Homekit environment to start from scratch.
When I plugged my Circle 2 back in to power it would not show up in the HomeKit app. It will not connect in the Logi app either. I did a hard reset on the camera (Purple+Green) and now nothing will connect to it. It just doesn't respond.
What should my next steps be?
Also, Logitech support has left my email unanswered for five days. Its a really disappointing experience and makes me not want to continue using Logitech products.
