    Hello,

I have the exact same issue as Tony stated above.  I just received my 920 Pro HD webcam, and I was so excited to begin using it.  To my great disappointment, I immediately noticed the flickering.  I will be on several zoom meetings and Google Meets tomorrow, and I am beyond frustrated already.  I have watched more than several online tutorials as to how to fix this, and I have not been successful.  After reading the stellar reviews, this is not what I had anticipated.

    Thank you,

    ~Chris

I have the same issue on my c922. I tried fixes that were online, but nothing has stopped it. Now I'm no hold with support. What a bummer!! I already tossed the box it came in, but perhaps I can still return it.

I don't see any solutions in the community.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Erin

    Hello ,

I have the same problem and  i have noticed the following .

The problem appears, only if i use the logitech capture software,so using your webcam directly with zoom works ok.

Also this problem only appears on one of my computers, i noticed that the working computer uses H264 encoding and the problematic one, uses Intel Quick sync  encoding.

Maybe this info will contribute to  finding a solution.

Problem seems to be with Logitech Capture, not with c920. I just received a new c920x Pro HD and installed it on Win 10 64 bit. The video in Capture flickered a lot. Not the hum of 50 Hz flicker in Europe, but repeated "shuttering".

I ran through this YouTube fix to reset power, NVIDIA and USB power, but that didn't fix it.

I did leave these high power settings from the YouTube turned on.

I then ran Logitech camera in Webinarjam with Logitech Capture turned off. The result was beautiful resolution and no flicker. Although, this resolution is so good I'm going to have to use makeup and better lighting. :)

Logitech definitely needs to fix this. Very off-putting to have their own software demo so poorly - reflects on the HW.

I have just installed a new C920 camera and setting it up via Capture but can't get the image to stop flickering. Any ideas on what to do to stop this.  I have not as yet used it on Zoom or other video meeting devices - which will be the main use for the camera.

    Thanks

I continue to read the many comments about the flickering that occurs with Logitech Capture. The webcam works while using Google Meet and Zoom, but it’s inoperable, truly, with its own software. I spent hours and days watching tutorials on how to resolve this, but to no avail. Logitech, you disappoint me. I can’t, and won’t, recommend this webcam to anyone.

This answer will seem obvious when I state it, but I had to re-trace my steps a little to think of it.

My 920 started to jump and flicker on a Zoom call.
    - uninstalled ManyCam to see if I had messed up a setting - no change

    - installed Logi G Hub and change the anti flicker setting - no change

    - ran USB extension cable and plugged cam directing into different USB port - Success

Why had this suddenly become an issue?

Initially the cam was plugged into a passive USB hub but worked fine.   It shared the hub with my Keyboard.  However, by Bluetooth mouse quit the other day and I had to use a USB mouse.   My theory is the power draw was a little too much with both cam, keyboard and mouse all plugged in to the same hub.

    Hope this helps some.

This issue is logged as ticket number 6574008:

The flicker problem with the C920 is bad. I have fully patched my BIOS and updated Windows. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Logi Capture and my NVIDIA graphics driver. I have tried various combinations for the Windows 10 "Graphics settings". I normally use a USB hub, but the problem is the same when connected to a different USB port.

In my opinion, the root cause of the problem is the new Windows 10 software-based GPU scheduling.
